1. About Global Experience LLC
Global Experience LLC provides international internship placement services for hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism students in destinations such as Spain, Dubai, the United States, Thailand, and China.
Our mission is to connect students with reputable hotels, restaurants, and tourism companies for high-quality practical training experiences abroad.

2. Nature of the Program
Global Experience LLC is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an employer.
We provide an educational service that includes coordination, placement matching, and ongoing support during the internship period.

3. Fees and Payment Policy
Our programs involve two types of fees:

Enrollment Fee: This covers administrative processing, eligibility verification, and the coordination required to begin the placement search.

Program Fee: This fee is only invoiced once the student has been officially placed and has accepted the internship offer from the host company.
No Program Fee is charged before a placement has been confirmed.
Because the Program Fee is charged only after the student has been successfully placed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy
The Enrollment Fee and the Program Fee are both non-refundable.
The Enrollment Fee covers administrative and coordination services that begin immediately upon payment.
The Program Fee is charged only after the placement process is completed and accepted by the student, meaning the service has already been fully delivered.

5. Delivery of Service
All services are delivered digitally through coordination with partner universities and host companies.
Placement confirmations, visa guidance, and related documentation are provided by email.
